Information you provide
We may receive your name, email, order or licence reference, device-activation information, support messages and files or screenshots you choose to send.
Local processing
The core conversion of selected PDFs and project files takes place locally on your Windows computer. BrickFlow does not routinely upload those files to us. Licensing, catalogue retrieval and update checks may communicate with relevant online services.
Purchases and licensing
Lemon Squeezy processes checkout as merchant of record and may collect payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention and order information under its own privacy terms. BrickFlow does not store full payment-card details. Licence activation may process a licence key, product information and device identifier.
Website data
Hosting and service providers may process IP address, browser and device details, request logs and security information. We will update this policy before introducing non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.
Use, sharing and retention
Information is used to deliver and activate BrickFlow, provide support, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Necessary data may be shared with payment, licensing, hosting, email and professional providers. Records are kept only as long as reasonably or legally required.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or your local supervisory authority.
