Refund Policy

BrickFlow is sold as digital software through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and processes payments, taxes and eligible refunds.

Withdrawal rights

If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right. Where you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the right is lost once delivery begins, that right may no longer apply after download or activation.

Faulty or unusable software

This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded. If BrickFlow is materially faulty or cannot be used as described, contact us with your order email and details. We may first offer troubleshooting, repair, replacement or an update where appropriate.

Change of mind

Outside mandatory legal rights, change-of-mind refunds after download or activation are generally not offered. Requests are considered fairly based on the circumstances and Lemon Squeezy’s applicable terms.

Email brickflowproduction@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days. You may also use the route shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Lemon Squeezy before starting a payment dispute so the issue can be investigated. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights.
