Terms of Use

These terms apply to the BrickFlow website and desktop software. BrickFlow is operated from Ireland. By installing or using BrickFlow, you agree to these terms.
Licence
A paid BrickFlow licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable for up to three device activations, subject to the purchase terms shown at checkout. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer or bypass licence controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your files and permitted use
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process every instruction, inventory, model or other file supplied to BrickFlow. You must not use BrickFlow to infringe intellectual-property rights, bypass access controls or distribute content unlawfully.
Output and compatibility
BrickFlow cannot guarantee geometry for every specialised, flexible, electronic, printed or newly released part. Missing, review and non-printable items may be identified in reports. Compatibility can vary between PDF formats, computers, slicers and catalogue versions.
Purchases
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and may handle checkout, tax, receipts, disputes and refunds under its applicable terms. See our Refund Policy.
Consumer rights and warranty
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, BrickFlow is supplied as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every input.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or damage arising from misuse of generated files. You are responsible for reviewing slicer settings and using printing equipment safely.
Independent product
BrickFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the LEGO Group, any brick-toy manufacturer, instruction publisher or slicer manufacturer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live.
