For the fastest response, include your order email, BrickFlow version, Windows version, affected PDF format and a screenshot of any message shown.
Installation or activation
Contact us if Windows blocks installation, your licence will not activate or you need help after replacing a device.
Incomplete output
Attach the relevant CSV from the Reports folder. It identifies missing geometry, non-printable items and export issues.
Slow processing
Large inventories can take considerable time. Performance depends on set size, geometry, storage and your computer.
